Remove insoles and laces and brush off excess dirt with a towel or soft brush.

Place shoes in a delicates bag (pro tip: a pillowcase works too).

Choose a gentle cycle with cold water and a small amount of mild detergent. Don’t use fabric softener or bleach.

Air dry away from direct heat. Do not put in the dryer—heat can damage the shoes’ materials and shape.

Shoes will regain their original shape in one or two wears.
